Aliminium hex Adapter for proline badlands tyres.

So i stripped a hex today on my wheel and i saw some aluminium ones but it says 1/2 offset. What does 1/2 offset mean pls? This is the part. Its for my savage.

What causes a stripped hex on the wheels?

1/2" offset pushed the wheels out giving you a wider wheelbase. You'll gain a 1" wider stance using thise hex adapters. But, they look like they need to be used with certain rims. I can't remember if I've ever stripped the hex out on a rim or not. Been QUITE awhile since I've been in the RC game. I know I've striped out the actual hexes themselves before where they slide over the axle pin.

Ok well thanks for that, Luckily these proline tires have removable hex and I'm getting some.
