after run oil

can marvel mystry oil be used for after run oil, because the after run oil i have looks, feels, and smells like marvel mystry oil, but LHS says it will damage the engine.

I use a squirt of WD-40 after each run...seems to work good..

hmmmmm idk bout that 1 .. idk why it would be harfull.. theres nothing in a mill that can melt or something . no seals ect.. but if theres something in the oil thatll eat at aluminum maybe.. then i wouldnt risk it .. just use wd-40.. or something else .. i personally never use aro i run my trucks pretty much daily and gotten to lazy to use it ...most fuels have enough oil in them to leave oil in then mill when done for the day anyways imo... and i shut my engines off by choking it out with the exhaust stinger so it leaves fuel in the engine .
