3 speed tranny

all right just had this 3 speed tranny for 3 weeks now it grabs and sometimes it jumps out of gear untill i let off the throttle and it goes back to idyll then engages again! does anyone have an idea what would cause this and what to look for?

i think you might have to open the tranny box and check the gears.. i just broke mine..

well i just got done opening it up and noticed the 3 gears that do the shifting where wobbly took the gears off and found a lot of oil around the oneway bearing gear so wiped it off hopefully that was it. i think it was slipping!
