i just picked one of these puppies up after work and started the build around 5PM tonight, just finished up the basic build (rolling chassis) at 12PM.
What a fun truck to build guys, must have which is true-to-scale with a steel frame. heres the link to the truck i speak of as i don't currently have pics of mine yet.

Hmmm... the chassis is what makes that truck. If you get that one, you should have gone with an AX10.

Cool either way though.

Whip , i already have the ax10 .i'm stripping alot of the parts off & adding to this chassis.
The links will be inboard mounted.

Well...so far I'm still awaiting for the Toyota Hilix body/parts to arrive. They made it to customs, and now it should only be a few days now.

but...i did manage to install the bumpers last night.

Toyota Hilux parts ordered from RPP Hobby:

Finally!!
This all should arrive now within the next day or two.

Parts came in a day ago but 2 parts-trees were missing (now on the way from RPP). Got the body halves together, cab back & windows on aswell as mounting the shell to the chassis.

this is a very time consuming body to assemble! lol

starting the detailing process of the Yota today, so far this is the result of the tails. Had to search Google to get them right.

thanks, a few things have changed...
removed the decals, they eventually became an eye sore. And painted the box liner, door handles and front grille.
