101 Question, any danger leaving LiPo connected to ESC?

I should know this but i'm on the fence with it, if i leave a LiPo battery hooked up to the esc on the truck and the esc has an on/off switch will that still drain the charge of the battery? I remember on one that didn't have and on/off it would, please school me someone thank you.

Always always always disconnect and remove the battery from the vehicle......

If the switch disconnects EVERYTHING connected to the battery, there is nothing still across the leads, then no....it will not drain the battery. No current can flow if the path is not complete.

With as volatile as LiPo's are... I'd be hesitant to leave it in a rig, switched, plugged or unplugged.
