1/5th scale servo mod help

has anyone modded say http://www.hitecrcd.com/products/servos/analog/giant-scale/hs-805bb.html or any other large scale servo on the savage. i was thinking of spending arround $40 on this servo rather than $120 on a regular size servo with the same torque. i just wanted to know if people have done this, but i do not want to know how to do it. any help would be nice.

I Can tell you right now it wont be worth it.
Get a standard hitec servo with 164oz in for $50.
savage needs 150 MAX to turn the ties on the ground at a stand still.

ya, to much power can be a bad thing sometimes.. i agree with ^^^^

i already have this http://www.hobbypeople.net/index.php/radios-servos/servos/servos/digital-servos/cirrus-cds751mg-13kg-cm-monster-digital-servo.html#servo for steering but i was thinking about taking the sf-2 out of the throttle and putting the cirrus there
