3 speed transmission shifting problems

added 3 speed gears to a 2 speed transmission case! That was first mistake! so can any one give me some advise on how to get the transmassion to shift from 1st to 2nd, so i think i'm in 1st or maybe starting in 2nd if that is possable? on that note! I have pulled apart a total of 3 times to...
