    i really like the newera chassis. you can say good by to wheelies, but flipping backwards on steap inclines is near impossible. the fitment is perfect and it does bring the savage to a 1/6 scale.

    ^^^what finesse said...the micro is like 20 bucks...i think the venom is like 40 bucks...get one...piece of mind is worth more than 20 bucks.

    i have the futaba micro fail safe...its cheap and easy to setup. venom also makes a temp/fail safe...its more expensive, but i think its not needed.

    i don't think the revo body will work. its a newera 5 inch extended chassis. thanks for the offer though. thats why i needed the extra shock absorbsion.

    yeah i do got a body...but i'm very picky as to what body to go with...so i might scrap this one. its a parma rattler body for the slash. i think it may be junk.

    yeah i was also thinkin about oil wt. if its too heavy compared to your piston and spring setup then it might add extra stress to your shaft.

    lets bash...i have a heavy 5 inch extended savage with a heavy *** cage to weigh it down even more. my mill should be here by tuesday. where around davis or weber county is a good place to go? i also have the larsen cf treatment on my other savy with the stock mill. it hauls major arse.
