I would go with the LRP .28 or Picco .28
I personally had the LRP and i loved it! You just need to change the rear gasket on the exhaust port to get a good deal on the header.
LRP will work day in and day out with out giving you any problems.
I have the DX3S the tele is accurate enough but you do need to calibrate the temp probe with the cars heat sink. (use the temp gun to find out how far up the temp probe has to be to give accurate reading ) The batt voltage was a useful tool so you don't have a run away. I tried to set up the RPM...
Hey man don't do it its a Esavage the parts will be a pain to find if it brakes your better off looking for a flux on the bay and on the forums for a bit more. instead of throwing 300 bucks out the window

The rules and regulations for balloons are really loose. As long as i keep it under 4lbs,put a radar reflector, a balloon cut off to be tripped at a given altitude or time and not launch in restricted air space a quick call to the local FAA office to put out a warning for pilots...
