HAHA I have to agree with Dooley. Yes our CF is the best you can find. I have to agree with Bank I went threw lots of mounts threw all brands and since I designed one and started running them, matter of fact i still have the very first ever made on one of my trucks and roughly 9-10 gallons on it...
LOL, This is funny. Brittle huh. I had a 1 1/4" wide 4mm thick and 14" long piece one time that I supported by the ends via a 2x4 on edge and 12" between the inside of them and stood on this in the middle. This piece held me with no show of breaking. I'm 202 Lbs +/-2Lbs.
This piece had just...
Well Thanks guys. Sorry I didn't see this sooner but have been stupid busy the last few days and had to spend time with the fam last night.
Anyhow thanks again and NO I'm not 40 yet, LOL, Only 28 hehe. I feel older though.
Personally i'd go 5S and purchase the Castle Link. This will give you the best of both worlds and pleanty of speed
6s is a bit much expecially if you don't have a trained finger.
My SMC 2S 9000mah packs give great power but I want more top end. The low end power is pleanty standing still...
I voted for Aluminum. I run both aluminum on my Nitro racer and plastic on my FLUX. No problem on either the Plastic ones have about 1hr 40 min run time and the aluminum ones have 2 gallons on them. Both work great. I picked the aluminum cuz I like the look better but the price is better for...
Ya I'm not sure if that would work well.
Parker I do make one and sell. If you are interested please let me know and I can get you some pictures and a price. It allows about 16A at 350W.
I have heard people say that the Turnigy batterys aren't the best as they like to balloon. But this could very well be hear say.
My brother runs a set of these in his BL E-Revo http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=9932 with no problem. Unbelievable power and...
J1A1H your even on the RSC's aren't you?
It has to be how the diff reacts then.
I'd like to hear from others who's trucks don't do this and what oils they are running in there diffs? I'm sure stiffer will work better but who knows.
Funny you mention this Fred. I'm currently running 10K in the rear but the others I built I ran 50K in the rear and they ran straight. I was thinking about doing this last night as well maybe not going to 50 but at least much stiffer.
The suspension is tight in the rear. This pull is also some of the reason I got the HPI sway bar kit which is great and greatly reduced the roll of the truck but really didn't improve this.
I am leaning toward the torque steer myself and hoping the HD servo saver spring will help. Will also...
Alright, just wondering if any of your FLUX's pull right when under hard acceleration? Mine seems to pretty hard. When driving and a good pace or accelerating at a medium to mild rate it runs straighter than an arrow. I was thinking it was tire spin when I was running the Phaltline tires but now...
