alright, well I will consider them as well. I thought I had the 23mm ones bought, but I guess I lost the auction at the last second.. Oh well. It looks like there are alot more wheel applications to the 17mm anyways so maybe it's a good thing. Do the goliaths come in an offset?
well they are supposed to rebound a little right? I was reading an article in Xtream CR Cars on how to service the shocks and it says they should rebound some. It really doesn't give an amount only that you want them to be equal. I'm about to service mine so we'll see what happens.
alright, thanks mickey that's what I thought. I purchased the 23mms
Hey frddy, Yea I saw your thread on here. But it just said put the tape on the inside of the tires. I didn't know if it was to hold the foam inplace so it seemed to me that you would want the sticky part facing out (or towards...
alright that's fine. I'm a big believer in you get what you pay for. I found some made by integy too. Out of the two which one would you recommend? From what I have seen on here they are both good companies. Just getting another idea...
will these work for the 23mm conversion then?

alright. sounds good man, I'm not in a huge rush. Until I figure something out I will just keep rockin my factory ones. I just wanna try to get it lined up ya know?
not bad grumpy. Do the cheyennes come in an offset? Got any websites off the top of your head where there is good deals on them? And lastly where would I get a 23mm conversion?
alright, the mm of the truck is starting to make since. If I wanted say a 23 or 26 do they make those or is that getting out of line? Or maybe I'm still reading it wrong?
I looked at proline.com and all they had in offset was the solid black, white, or yellow color. If I have to get something...
alright, so I just have savage 25. So I'm gathering it doesn't have the 17mm conversion so I should do that then? Yea, like I said. I just like the style, but it's not the end of the world if I can't find anything like that.
Hello, I have some questions with the whole area with wheels and tires.
First off all, what is the benefit of offset wheels? Where do I get them?
Second, what is the benefit of the 17mm conversion?
Third, I know you guys use gorilla duck tape on the inside of the tires to prevent the...
alright, thanks for the enthusiasm guys. I'm kinda outta my world here so this is helping...
But if you ever need help with a 1:1 blackhawk or Huey just let me know :)
yea, that's kinda what I'm worried about. It seems most ppl run a side pipe (i guess it's called) and that's what the style of alof of performance pipes thus making it a pain in my backside.. I think I will just go with a traditional mid tank. I was just thinking that it would be kinda unique.
haha, thanks sunken. Well I think that may be some trouble eh? (i don't know) but it seems to me that each type of engine would prefer its own exhaust. Like different size engines. Kinda like a car. You know, you may use 3 inch on a 1974 454, but if you have your 2008 accord with a 4 banger in...
alright, well judging by the feedback I can see that it is an ok to bad idea. I suppose I will just try to tackle the traditional mid tank.
OK, i didn't know that the cen box is nothing more then a box. I thought it had sometype of electironics in it.. (feeling kinda dumb)
Thanks for all the...
Alright, so I have been reading a lot about mid tanks. I am kind nervous about moving servos around though, plus I figure this would give me about the same amount of fuel as an ofna 250cc (I would think) and it would be kinda different. Which I know isn't always a good thing. (I'm sure some of...
