Past few times i have been out my truck has been acting up. Ill start it up and the throttle will start glitching really bad then the failsafe kicks in. I checked all my wires and they all seem good. I thought maybe its just low batteries in the truck so i bought a hump pak thinking maybe that...
So I rewired sum stuff. Put the reciever where the hump pak goes and put the hump pak on top of the box thayt holds the reciever and battery. Everything seems fine now. The true test will b tomorow wen I try it with the truck running.
Was just wondering what everyone did on their savage x to make sure all the wires are tucked in and not being crushed. I just added my hump pak and had alittle trouble with all the wires. I also hav the futaba fsu2 failsafe and wired it so its on the outside of the box where the battery light...
I have a futaba fs and today my throttle was there and then not and then there again. At first I thought it was my motor but then I lifted it off the ground and gave it gas, sure enough it was my servo for sum reason. I'm not too sure yet what it is or was but this thread kinda sounded like it...
No no, I was turning the sctew for the shifting, not the carb, that's all takin care of. There is two screws to adjust the shift points. Tried adjusting the second screw but no luck.
Just finished breaking in my new rig but it won't shift to second. I tried adjusting it twice by turning the screw out and no luck. Maybe I have to turn it out more?
I ran the first two tanks in my new 4.6. The highest i got the temps were 166f. On the second tank, i drove it in circles and still dident even geti it up to 200f. Do i have to drive it that hard on break in?
I got a Duratrax flashpoint temp gun andu can set its Emissivity in between 5 and 100, what is it supposed to be at? I read that it is set to 95 by deafult, is that right or not?
Thanks again, I appreciate it!! I had a few trucks b4, got too busy for the hobby but now I'm not as busy and have lots of time now to burn nitro!! Ill be on here a lot now!!
