Get rid of two front shocks and shave the knuckles for more steering. There are plenty of tutorials around here on it. Put a zip tie around those bumper braces to keep them from spreading and letting the hinge pins come out. It does not have to be tight just enough to keep them from spreading...

Whatever you have let's get out there and race. It would be nice to meet some members there. Racing at Madness is always a good time. The people are friendly and the hobby shop is very accommodating, if you need something they will...
you will either have to change the diff out drives or get new bones and axles like from a Flux or XL. Personally I have a X with BP diffs and I changed out the out drives and have been very happy with them.
Looking for a truggy to race. I am looking for a roller what do you have out there? A losi would be nice the hobby shop where I race has alot of losi stuff in stock.
Please e-mail me at [email protected]
Thanks,
Dan

What a great day at R/C Madness. There were 145 entries for a total of 17 races. The racing was great, the track had a fresh layout, and the food was top notch not one hungry person left behind. The last race was under the lights and we finished up around 10:00 what a day!
There were 7 MT's...
With your entry fee you get food, tee shirt, and a shot at bringing home some hardware. Last year the entry fee was $35 I have not heard if they are going up or keeping it the same as last year.
Last year there was 14 races

I have the nylon ones and I don't know about the alum ones but mine tend to leak by the shaft more than I would like. I think shock covers would help this alot. When I rebuild them again I intend to get some covers for them and see how that works. Other than that I have no other complaints.
2 speed is all you need on the track imo. I'm running K4.6, 17/47, and BP diffs and it just hits second about halfway down the straight away. It's about 60-70' feet maybe.
