All the teeth (gears) are stripped off. I am running a robinson racing matched set 18/48 (hardened steel). I set the mesh with a thin piece of paper. CB and spur are parrell to each other as well.
The spur gear is fine.
Running a picco .28 on savage XL, 2 speed tranny. 18/48 gearing. Everytime I run truck the clutch bell gear gets wiped. I put new bearings in the clutch bell and it still wiped CB gears after 10 minutes of running.
any ideas? worn out clutch shoes?

I just did this axial beadlocks with the big joes tires (converted to 17 hex hubs) on my savage 25. I just run the truck thru the yard and drag neighbor kids down the road in there car. 3 speed trans, 49T spur should I go down to a 16 or 14 CTB?
