gearing recommendations for savage 21 with 5.9 engine
Hey There, I called HPI earlier today and they recommended that i do a 52/16. So i'll give that a go and post up the results... i'll probably end up putting a 3spd in it anyway down the track. One thing he also told me to do is to upgrade the spider diffs and a metal case for them as these...- rich1098

gearing recommendations for savage 21 with 5.9 engine
Hi Savage Ppl.. just got bitten by the savage bug, so i decided to buy a 5.9cc hpi engine and mount that into my savage 21 truck. Just wondering what gearing you would recommend for the spur and the engine ? note i still have the standard 2 speed tranny and no othermods thanks Rich- rich1098
