good job with that thread you posted, great pictures with straight forward instructions. I'll be deciding which tank mod to use soon (before the snow hits). i'll post my results.
In reference to the ring being cut; what does it belong to? Where does the ring go once it's cut. I'm confused. This is a throttle/break MOB without any pictures of the throttle/break linkage of the truck? Please clarify.

Advance search "half tank lean" (be sure to select "search titles only" in the drop down menu). You'll find tons of useful information. Hope this helps.
Awsome, problem solved that easy. This is why i take my PDA cell phone when reunning my truck in the field. In case I need some quick advice and I'm across town, I just log onto the forum and 9 times out of 10 I can resolve the issue.
Cool, I'll be checking back to see your progress. From all that I read there is no cure for the half-tank-lean issue but i'm trying to decide on a method to at least curb the affect. Thanks and keep us posted
I found a thread in the Mid Tank Mod forum well underway discussing the samething thing. Check it out. Now I need to decide wether to mount the hellfire tank in the middle or in the stock position. Looks good larsenracing.

I was looking at the tanks pretty closely on-line. i would have to say it would require some pretty serious modding. I don't think it would be worth it with all the other proven fuel tank mods out there
I'm definatley going to do the Mod before winter hits ere in upstate NY. Winter comes around here quick. Question. Would you guys recommend running my truck in the winter? It gets between 0 to 30 degrees here for four months out of the year. I'm affraid of the plastic parts on my truck becoming...
