    Hey all just wanted to share with you the new body that i painted for my sons birthday. Got him his first RC car it is a traxxas slash and he loves the cars movie so did a Lightning McQueen paint job on a new body hope yall like it.

    you first need to pull the piston sleave out do this by simply using your fingers and pushing up from the botom of the engine by the piston rod. Once this is done you remove the piston by placing it at top dead center then tilt the engine so where the back plate that you removed is facing down...

    the X is 17 mm but if you bought the RTR Kit i should have came with a set of 14 mm Hex mounts also

    do not use the lighter it does not disperse the heat and there is no way of controling the tempature of the block as everyone else said if anything go to a friends and use their oven or try a hair dryer.

    Try to go through the exhaust on the engine block use a allen key and get on the edge of the sleve then push up with that if still no luck remove everything from the engine that has a gasket ie. back plate carb and flywheel clutch set up then bake the engine to try to get the sleeve to come...

    how much would you charge for all this as i said i am in okinawa so i don't have to many options over here and as of now i am looking at a nice expensive toy that i can have my son push while i drive. Just not as powerfull though.
