do not use the lighter it does not disperse the heat and there is no way of controling the tempature of the block as everyone else said if anything go to a friends and use their oven or try a hair dryer.
Try to go through the exhaust on the engine block use a allen key and get on the edge of the sleve then push up with that if still no luck remove everything from the engine that has a gasket ie. back plate carb and flywheel clutch set up then bake the engine to try to get the sleeve to come...
