    Thanks, but that doesn't help. The problem I'm describing isn't that the engine is flooded. It SEEMS as if the engine is flooded, as the engine wont turn over, but the engine ISN'T flooded. I've searched on this site and I haven't been able to find any solutions, let alone this problem described...

    there's the seatac offroad track which is really nice, free, and public but no nitros, so I've never used it. There is the BMX track next to it if you're interested in big jumps, and usually not many people there. I too am looking for better places to bash.

    A screw fell out of the engine block, and I removed the engine to replace it. While I was doing this and the car was upside down, this piece fell out. I couldn't find it anywhere in the schematics or in any parts list on the HPI website.

    Every time I have to start my Savage, I get out my trusty heat gun to warm up the engine, and it starts almost immediately. However, I find the engine doesn't start if I don't warm it up.     $8 PVC Savage Stand

    Actually, the price is pretty close. I built this for $11, and I have around 5 feet of PVC left over. It's a great stand, and a fun and easy project.
