    Savage X Cracked engine plate

    Hi, I was cleaning and shimming my diffs,and noticed by one of the engine mount screws the purple engine plate is cracked.I think it will be ok for another weekend,but is this common? And is there a better one,or just get a stock one again? Thanks

    Yes have a hump pack 7 volts charged up.Thanks for the tip on the RPM will let you know. Any ideas on the servo problem? Bank can I call you Bank? I don't know if I can change the frame rate don't recall seeing that.

    End point fine on the throttle servo.I wonder if the stock servo is bad.Maybe it was always doing this.Go slow its fine,smash the throttle it shutters at 3/4.Also if you slowly get it to full throttle and just blip it to 3/4 to full again it just shutters at 3/4 wont go back to full throttle...

    Hi,Well installed my DX3S today.All works good except a few issues. No RPM,I had to modify the braket a bit to get on my savage.Has a shiny flywheel so installed a black dot.I set the air gap just under 1/8 " like the instructions say.It said 480 RPM for a split second now 0 all the time...

    Thanks Joey.Have 10K in the shocks and its cold here also.I picked up a DX3S today.Hope that works out.Anyone have this on their savage? Any picks of it installed? Installed RPM front controll arms today.Hope they hold up better. Installed the bearings also seems smoother. Pete
