    I have no experience myself, but from what I hear they break easily because of the location and don't hold pressure well so you don't get as much power from the engine, but maybe someone here can give you a first hand response...

    I've herd that aluminum shocks bend very easily and really arn't worth the money, more for show then for performance, the stock shocks are cheap and usually hold up well, one of my rear shocks was leaking pretty bad so I checked ebay and found a set of 4 savage X shocks pulled off a brand new...

    You can pick whatever one you like, you just have to pay the exchange amount, which is a lot cheaper then buying it somewhere else, and if you don't plan on using your old engine its a good idea. for example if I wanted to replace my 21BB for a K4.6 I pay $150 if I just want a new 21BB I can do...
