Started today. Took apart the whole back end. Just ordered some CEN diffs from Baddasz_Savage. Can't wait to get them.

Why not midtank? That os30 will need a bigger tank then that....

No mid tank build this season. Since I have already dumped a bunch of cash into her I have run out funds. With that one tank at 125cc and the header tank at 60cc that's still 185cc. Not that great but not that bad either. Besides, this is my first build and since I'm still fairly new to the sport let's see if I can get through this without screwing anything up.

Hey, Did you prime your OS engine like it said in the instruction book or did you use the heat cycle method?

I didnt read the break in instructions. But i did the New school break in method. Hears a good link imo on a break in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tpEvWqwOIdo&feature=SeriesPlayList&p=FB46144DF4EA109B

He shows the other two ways also.

Thanks a bunch. That is a very informative video series. A couple of questions I do have is about the piston. How do you tell when the piston is at bottom dead center? When you finally figure it out and you mark it, would one complete turn of the flywheel mean one complete cycle or is it half a turn equals one complete cycle?

ha Freddy!

You can tell when it is at bdc when you turn your roto start i asume? If not just to get used to it you can take the glow plug out and look down there and can tell that way too.

Hey Everyone. Just a quick update on my project. I'm still waiting for some parts to arrive from the hobby shop. They now tell me it could be anywhere from 1-3 weeks for them to arrive. I'm also sending my bulk head assembly to Baddasz_Savage for the diff upgrade. I'm going to try to assemble some things, which is not a whole lot, until I have everything. As parts arrive I will post some pics. Also If I get anything done I wll post some pics.

No, That's not me. I have been in contact with him, besides, I have not sent them yet, they are going out tomorrow. But thanks for thought. I hope he finds out whose they are.
