I'm not sure if my engine in my savage 3.5 is too rich or too lean
i have turned the twiddly thing about 1 whole turn left(lean) but anymore seems to make it worse. howevere it is still not wanting to rev well on full throttle even though ive used about 15 tanks full of nitro. can anyone help? is the rich and lean anything to do with the fact that it wont rev full throttle

To lean it out you should be turning the screw to the right not to the left. Try turning the screw 1/2 a turn to the right. Keep going till you get it to rev up.

lefty loosey...(lossen the belt you get fat-rich)

yes i agree with everyone you have been richening it so its getting so much fuel it can barely stay running i would imagine....i would set it back to factory settings "flush with outer housing" and start over.... and welcome to the most helpful forum on the net!!!
