It's a pasture next to the ocean. It was thanks giving weekend so it was more of a parking lot. There was some bada$$ sand dunes but I didn't get any video of it this time, Besides I got my but handed to me all weekend by a Baja5b

That explains it .. The dunes are awesome !!

I have always wondered how fast the 5b's are? Are they really that much quicker then a decent nitro in a savage. They don't look that fast, i know scale can be deceiving though.

It was hardx to compare really. He had paddle tires and smoked me in the sand. Good 6-8 foot rooster tails.

In the grass I was all over him cause of the paddle tires.

I got paddle tires for next trip.

I think the extra lengh helps too with the bumps.

I have an OS30 and I think I could really use the 3 speed tranny too.

Yeah, he's an old dog and the kids like to poke dogs in the eyes, so better safe then sorry.

The 3 speed makes a lot of difference in top speed and acceleration. You will be happy when you get one.
