O.C. Calif....anyone

I went all over today and found a decent spot in costa mesa at Fairview Park......

it has a few hills and jumps,Berms.....its pretty big but BMX guys use some parts of it...... its better than nothing right now......

actually has a big tabletop jump .....

only downside you have to walk from the parking lot out past the grass area... lots of kids running around with the usual questions ,how fast and can I try it....... :nono:

good thing is its ok for RC Nitro cars ...... ...Cops were there and didn't say a word...guys fly planes on the other side of the park also

That looks like a fine place to bash! I'm not in O C but I do have a bud up in the LA area and go up to bash sometimes.He also comes down here at times too,not that far really. I'm in San Diego,maybe 1-2 hours from you?

We haven't had any issues with the cops. I tend to find they prefer you driving rc cars then breaking into real cars. I have had them come by to see what we were doing (middle of the night in strange area) but once the know they are happy. I have seen them grumpy when someone complains but that's mainly to do with the people who complain.

Good old orange county. Do you hate TV shows like the OC? Sorry I had to ask.

I have been hassled by the cops all weekend trying to find a decent spot..:resp:


yea I hate those shows.
 
I would like to invite anyone from here down to my bash spot at Fiesta Island for next Sunday the 24th. I hope to meet some of you guys there! Just reply to this thread for directions/location please.

Last thread bump- I am bummed that I cant meet anyone from here tomorrow. I will try again for next Bash fest.

Well we have gotten rained out big time today-way too much to run in and would made it hard to have fun. So we are going next Sunday the 2nd.
I hope this extra week will allow some of you to make it then!

Thread bump- We are looking great weather wise for this Sunday.
