That's his job. This was a freebie. I am not going to do it all for him. Next you guys will want me to drive his truck for him....:hardlaugh:

i use the rpm servo mounts to do the throttle brake relocation. Do to the fact i'm running out of parts i used the stock servo horns and just flipped the brake rod to match the decreased distance of the servo.

Looks good mega. I have seen that setup somewhere before. let me think. Oh,thats right I got one from you to, lol. This is finished product from Mega in mine.

I think it looks sweet. Sounds like a good set up. Now I want one. "hint" LOL

You guys have done a great job with this mod but does it actually fix the mid tank lean issue as it looks like you are running the stock savage tank. Doesnt the big problem with the savage mid tank lean lye in the shelf in the tank?

re

I think the shelf deal is a myth. The first thing I did was test that theory.I filled the tank halfway ran it up to temp took note of the power and temp did not shut it off but filled the tank all the way up ran it the same way for a half tank no diff in temp or perf.I let it cool off filled the tank again and still same temps and perf I love it. :jamout:

The new savage 4.6 is terrible with half tank lean!!!

It bogs really bad with a full tank then once it gets a little below half tank its a wheely king, lol.

Anyways looks good bud.

It's not half tank lean. It is full tank rich or half tank normal. Some motors get it some do not. It is a back pressure issue in the tank. When I see that I have a motor that has this issue I do not tune the motor until a half tank when the pressure equalizes in the tank.

i don't seem to be bothered with the half tank lean at all with my mid tank mod,i wonder if its more because it sits higher than the carb or my lrp sucs hard
