Iam doing a review on a set of
shocks.jpg



I want to including in the review a replacement parts listing of these shocks.

Ya know just in case you bend a shaft or something else and need to replace a part on the shock...

so Iam asking you guys to help me out .. ( I have been searching for the replacement parts for a few hrs now with no luck )


Please help me find the stuff I need


NOTE !!!!!! I WILL give rep to each person that helps me out on this and finds a part to the shock

hard to say bud...it's quite possible since they are now virtually the same company, but who knows...lemme see what I can dig up...

Hey bud I will go to my LHS in the morning and see if Geno has an Idea where the info might be found. I just tried to call but they are closed. I'll let ya know.

The searching issue your having kinda tells a thousands words IMO, bro.

For instance, I liked the MSR 8's by INTEGY.
When I found out that the replacement parts were not available seperately, I had to buy an intire new shock just to get a shaft end, or a cap, ect.
I knew their marketing sceme was a money pit tactic, aimed at the consumer.

Yes but knowing SJ and his skill at finding stuff you'd think he'd have been able to find HPI parts easier than having to ask everyone for help. If they make a part they should make parts readily available not make you buy new pieces bcause you need a .50 part.
 
I have yet to rebuild my shocks or bend a shock but if I ever do I am just going to get me the stock shocks.........


Let me see what I can find SJ, surely their is something out their........
 
Thanks for the advise John . that helps allot .. I did find a few parts .. most are out of stock .. AND THERE NOT CHEAP !!!!

Good find I have a set of the HB shocks that need repaired and have a ton of stock shock parts. I will let you all know if it really is interchangeable if I ever get around to fixin them.
