I recently got a new LRP .32 4.1 for my savage XL, I haven't broken it in fully but had problems with the rotostart slipping, so I tore it down and when inspecting the one way bearing I saw a hairline crack on it. Do you guys think I can still use it or get a new one because if I order a new one it might take a while.

Yep.
It doesn't hurt to have an extra OWB waiting in the wings either.
Cheap insurance to ensure a quick repair.
Exactly. And i don't want to run it and having the thought of the OWB breaking while running.

Shows as currently on back-order, but amain is a good shop.
One big downside to the LRP engine - their stuff sells out fast.
I'm pretty sure that amain had the OWB in stock just last week.

Their eBay store also lists it as being out of stock.
Sometimes their eBay store has stock when their website lists it as being out.
(I believe that their eBay store stock ships from a separate location.)

Yeah I checked many websites, all sold out. Might just order it from wheelsman models since they have it.
