Savage 21 started once but won't start again

So I just rebuilt my savage 21 and I went to fire it up and it started almost instantly but it blew my glow plug out. so I ordered a new button but now it won't start. has major compression aka keeps breaking my pull start but it won't start. Just as a fyi after I ran it for a minute it tuned it to factory setting for break in. Any help thank you

are you preheating the engine for break in n maybe it wo just a bad plug wot brand was it ? Ive nev add any probs wi the Hpi plugs tho ? Maybe tweak the settings bit more lean tiny adjustments good look

Thank you for your advice it turns out that the oring on the carb was bad and it was way to rich
