Hi Guys,
First off I am a complete newbie to Nitro and RC cars. I have been reading this site for a little while and have found it a great help but this is my first post. I have an understanding of motors and air, fuel and spark ect but am sure I have a learning curve ahead getting my own car running nicely. I have a HPI Savage X 4.6 and I wanted to start with either 20% or 25% fuel to try make my life easier when tuning. My local shop only had 16% and said I would be fine... I got 2 bottles, have not tried to run it yet but want to get some opinions. I am trying to make things as easy as possible for me to get it running and start tuning. Is 16% going to be noticibly harder to learn all this? Should I return it and get higher % nitro?
Also a side note: how often should diffs be oiled.
Many Thanks!
