Engine tight to pull

so the model shop fixed my old pull start the car will pull but not start the the pull start gets really tight so i take out the glow plug turn it over kind ok but get to a point of being tight with no plug in it is the engine naff please the model shop is takong bucks off me and i thinkcit could be a, worn engine as it get stuck alot now got blister from trying to pull it

How old is the savage ? Av you put sum after run oil or 3in1 even bit o wd40 ?

Is it a new engine? if it is you can try heating it up with a heat gun to a bit over 150 degrees and see how it acts....
