Well 1st, welcome to the forum, 2nd, explain what problems you have with the XL as needing help getting it running is abit vague to say the least, at least give use a chance to help you with abit more information 👍 . Sometimes pictures help to explain the issues.

Well it looks like you have most of the parts. Truck looks pretty much complete, just needs the body posts fitting which I see you have in the parts. A glow plug & radio gear, fuel tank and its mounts & a brake rod. Other than that looks like it's good to go.👍 The brake rod is in the photo of the parts.
