Composite Exhaust Number 4 Has Melted

Well had my Blue Bounty Hunter Savage X 4.6 a part yesterday for a clean and found that the exhaust on this one had started to melt under the silicon coupler just like the previous 3 on my other trucks had. This truck is still running the HPI F4.6 it came with and this is the pipe HPI supply with this mill. The only 2 trucks I have still running these pipe both have the Nitro Star .25 mills. Which seems to be the largest engine these pipe can handle. 4 now gone this way is year. Pretty piss poor quality. Did try contacting HPI about this issue earlier in the year but as usual no reply to the emails. Well guess will be shopping today for yet another ally pipe today.
Notice how the pressed in flange ring on the end has gone completely. Most of it is melted to the inside of the pipe.

@Jam1, Yep think I must be going for a record here. 4 pipes having the same issue and on 4 different trucks. Think HPI need to get there act together with their quality issue. One of the pipes I have left is the old style without the injection dimple above the outlet and I suspect this one will last as made from the old material, ran one of these for years and never had a problem. Like i stated this one like the last was on an bog standard HPI sold 4.6 mill and being the pipe that they sell on this model. Total bull if you ask me. no more composite pipes for me, going to change my last 2 to ally as soon as 2 come up for sale. Wouldn't mine another Tsais Stinger pipe would be nice but they don't come up very often and the last one that did my good old mate guinnessdublin pitched .

Well don't know mate about the warranty but do know these pipes haven't made it, 3rd one melted in under a tank of fuel like I said in the post about that one. Surely I can't be the only one having this problem with them. But want I do know is that I won't be buying any more. Ally all the way now.

Yep think there is defo a quality issue with the new ones. Like we both know there is a difference between the material and dye marks of the new to the old.
The old style pipe you sent me earlier is year is still holding up strong with no melting issue. But will tell you this, I won't bother buying anymore of them, like Jamo siad a while back on here when the 1st one went, 'Ally pipes on everything'.
Think they are ok on a .21 or ,25 but all 4 of these have been on .28s. " 1 on the K series & 3 on the F, 1 of these on the v1 and 2 on the v2. Just waiting on Luke to see if he has any more ally ones kicking around.
