I've been driving my 4.6 during a rainy day, but I don't know if that's the reason the rf1 stopped working. It just suddenly stopped, and since then it is only moving the first second i turn it on. I have charged the battery 2 times, I've put new batteries in the controller. I got it to work for 5 minutes, but when i put it in the 4.6 it stopped immediately and now I'm still with the same problem.

Sound like water has got to the receiver which won't do it any favours. The RF1 is a 27Mhz crystal type, could be the water got on to the pins of the crystal. If you have a different set you could try changing them but is sound like you have goosed the receiver, maybe now's the time to upgrade to a 2.4Ghz radio.

Thanks, I am sure that I will upgrade to 2.4Ghz, but maybe right now i can just look if i can put the rf1 mother board on a warm place for it to dry. But, do you maybe know good 2.4Ghz transmitter and receiver that works for the 4.6?

Any mated set will work, I use a FlySky GT3b and love it, they are quite cheap to purchase, but like everything it's all down to your budget
Thanks, I guess I will buy a similar FlySky, but for now i found out my old receiver works again! It still acts strange sometimes, it gives throttle without me. But i think the rf1's biggest problem is that it does not break any more when I turn off the transmitter, but instead it gives a little throttle??

The RF-1 doesn't have a built in fail safe so you should have a separate one fitted in the radio box. The RF-1 can't apply the brakes when you turn the Transmitter off as this is what the fail safe does. If you do have a stand alone fitted maybe it need to be reset or maybe that got wet to.

Yesterday my gt2 from aliexpress finally came, I installed it and I already love it😂. It reacts much faster than my rf1, it has a built-in failsafe and I also put new batteries in it, so the steering servo has much more power now. Now it can finally move wheels when not moving on ground.

Yes the GT2 radio setup is good value for money, I have used a couple of these and must say I liked them. Only reason I moved to a GT3b is the fact that I can store the settings for all 10 of my trucks on it. If I only had one then I would probably still be using the GT2. Glad you like it.👍😎
