In the not to distant past..
I was really not in to nitro like I am now. It's not that I didn't like Nitro, persay...
It was more like...
Did I want to dive into a commitment and have to make the effort of learnning the whole nitro thing?..
Or at least, as much as I would hope to learn from it?....
At that time....That answer was NO.
But I did want a truck that was able to stand up to any other truck in it's scale. Like with something under
the hood.
After overhearing a conversation at Jake's proformance hobbies, a LHS in my neck of the woods,...
I was stunned to hear this comment....
"Yeah..Well I'lll tell you what,... That damn truck,... It pulled a wheelie at forty miles per hour... It wassss amaz'in".
Well,... I had to ask.. What the heck were you guys talk'in about?...
And this,.. is what they told me....
"It was an E-MAXX, that has the right to live."
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUGH!!!!! screamed a customer from the Savage parts section in the LHS.
And they wern't talk'in bout no out of the box model... They were talk'in bout....
=====================================THIS ONE !!!======================================
Say hello to my little friend.... =========== E-MAXXIUM ===========
The Dodge Charger Body was just too hard to resist for this NHRA Pro Modified Class Theme.
At the time I painted the Body, I didn't know how to paint chrome on the blower. Silver will have to do.
A closer look at the decal work shows that the decals were overlapped to get a custom fit
and appearance.
There's no question that the MGT tires and rims make this little commander of kaos get
some elevation from the normal ride height. This pic should give you guys a clue of what's
under the hood.
In case you didn't notice, This little guy can sport up to an uncontrolable 33.6 VOLTS if you found that it was
absolutely nessessary..INSANE.... Not to metion, DANGEROUS. Caution is advised when running this truck at
half that VOLTAGE.
Again.... those wheels....
And again with the clues...
I believe that in the gallery, clicking on the pics will enlarge them.
As you can see, the decal work had to be a labor of love.
Ok, Boys... WHAT'S UNDER THE HOOD??
