Hello, I am trying to get a new body for my Savage Flux. I like the baja bug style.
The right baja bug body part from proline is 3238-61 but has been discontinued.
3238-61 was 448mm length, 289mm wheelbase, 178mm width.

Anyone tried the 3238-40 part (adequate for crawler king, etc.) on a Savage?
Specs of 3238-40 are 371mm length, 244mm Wheel base, 147mm width.

Anyone tried the 3238-60 part (adequate for Revo3.3, etc.) on a Savage?
This one is 489mm length, 318mm wheelbase, 191mm width.

Thanks.

Finally I bought this body on ebay. It also fits the slash so this seems the body size to look for.
Some pics of the brand new body. Originally the windows and the motor were painted in white and black. I had to wipe the paint out with nail polish. I made the body mounts by using 7mm diameter aluminium standoffs and flexible steel. The distance between front and back body holes almost matches the Savage distance between front and rear body post holes. Some pics show the homemade body mounts. This body will also fit the Savage XL size. Hope you like it.

I think it was an old Savage 25. I bought it as a nitro roller and converted it to electric. As consequence of low budget and lack of hpi parts, battery trays are from an Ofna car and the Motor mount is hand made.

I think your right. The X has an X stamped into the front of the chassis plates.

So does the flux and flux XL, you just can't see it really because the battery boxes hide it:
