Savage 25 electrical problem

Please help I bought a savage 25 yesterday but the original receiver and transmitter and on\off switch is gone I have several traxxas 4 AA battery packs and traxxas transmitter/ receive what should I do HELP I'M NEW

Put it in then lighter up simple

Yep. Steering is channel 1, throttle/brake is channel 2, reverse (if equipped) is channel 3. Most receivers will have a plug labeled "batt"or something like that where you can connect your 4 AA pack.
