No doesnt start .25

Hey! I just brought savage .25 1 day ago the guy said i needed new glow plug because the old one was bad, so i got one and then i was gonna start the car but it doesnt start... i tried to put my finger over the exhaust didnt work, tried to put little fuel inside where the glow goes didn't work. .. what can cause this? It hasn't been started for 5 weeks orsome.

Are you sure fuel is getting into the carb from the fuel tank?

Yeah i took the exhaust vacuum and blew trough it until i saw fuel going to the engine

Is your glow plug ignitor fully charged and is the glow plug glowing a bright orange when you remove it from the engine and plug it into the ignitor?

Sometimes oil residue and dirt can build up inside the glow plug igniter's connector. This causes intermittent or no connection to the glow plug.

I got it running finally my battery inside the rotor wasnt powerfull enough.. but still needs adjustments for the fuel each time i try to drive it it shuts off
