Hey Guys,
So I finally got around to doing a 250 mid tank mod and went with FLM Lowered and extended tvp's. I was excited to fire it up and try it out, but after running it in the parking lot I came back disappointed. The truck now has a turning circle of about 30 feet. The wheels seem to still be able to turn the same amount, even with the servo connected. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Same thing happened to me but i messed up and some how the SF-1 got put on my steering and the SF-2 on the T/B so i ordered some hitec servos and if that's not the problem ill have to looking to it more..

Did you get the FLM drag link at all ??
Is your hump pack charged ??
Batteries in transmitter new / charged ??

Everything is charged and or new so I don't think that was the problem.

I did actually try shaving the turn knuckles just like in that link. I was hoping it would help my problems but it didn't seem to.

It could be numerous things, but if all discussed has been checked try this.
The plastic crank may be limiting the travel. I worked for me, but if you just want to take the thinking out of it. Get Golden Horizons Aluminum servo saver.

File away.

I am redoing my flux to lose that FLM drag link all together.

If you have the bugs worked out and your still not happy with the turning the HPI Suspension Conversion is another option. its pricey, but an excellent up grade.
