Oh man, i been waiting for this. That thing is killer. Bring it Sat & we'll make a lil vid for the bois here.

:joker:

lol thanks guys, ill try and get some vid today at the track. its not garrenteed but ill try.

as of right now there is one thing i do not like about it and cant figure out why it does it... but when i do wot the mech brake servo mount twist into the spur gear causing the ace servo metal case to hit the spur and shot sparks everywhere... everything is tight so I'm dumbfounded.

well just got back from the track, all i have to say is WOW. this thing is amazing! the change from MT to BUG is like driving a suv to a sports car!
the tekin motor is EXTREMELY smooth, even with the MMM you can tell a huge difference. its much smoother throughout the powerband.
even on 4s and the 1700kv motor the buggy had plenty of power. it actually was PERFECT.
before the racing started i pulled the brake servo as it was not working right. with motor brakes the buggy ran great so i do not plan on running mechanical brakes in this.
in the first qualifier i came in 6th, half way thru the race the set screw for the rear center shaft came loose so i lost rwd.
the buggy barely moves with just fwd so i lost alot of time on that one.
in the second qualifier it ran great i was getting the feel for it etc. came in 7th for that. i changed from a 22 pinion to a 20 after this race, it made a world of difference.

in the A main the buggy ran flawlessly. i took 4th place and have been smileing ear to ear as this is the first race day on this thing and i was racing people that have had there's since last race season... i remember watching them lol!....

over all the buggy is great. with 20/50 gearing the temps where as follows
motor- 140F
esc-90F
batts-80F

here is the A main vid. it has a little edited out as i lost concentration half way thru as i was paying attention to a buggy that caught on flames... i did learn a lesson from this NEVER take your eyes off the track! lol

tell me what you think, the vid was just uploaded so it might take a little time for it to get better quaility.

IN THE VID MY BUGGY IS THE BLACK ONE. YOU WILL FIGURE OUT WHICH IT IS PRETTY QUICK...

How is the weight distribution? I looks like the batt and motor being on the same side would make it off-balance - have you noticed anything like that?

SUHWEET ride tho - congrats!

forgot to post this up. vid from the last bash with fred, justin, vis, jud, sparc
