I am trying to gather info on which XL TVP kit people have and how easy was the conversion which means no cutting or drilling or dremmeling. Also what other parts did you have to get to complete the conversion. The XL TVP's i have come across and have heard good things about are the TCS/FLM/GCM and 1offrc TVP kits. I want to try to keep the front end down and XL TVP is the way to do this. As far as handling also should i look into XL arms to add to the wheelbase to help stability also? If there are any companies i did not mention and you have something else that worked for you and was an easy conversion, your input would also be much appreciated.

the upper & lower arms on all savages are the same (the SS has adjustable uppers).....it's just the spacers and axles that give you the width. adjust your slipper if you don't want as many wheelies. a cheaper way to get the same width as an XL is just to use offset wheels like this on your stock tires and you won't have to change any of the driveline. if you do the XL tires....a gearing change is a must.

Is this for an BL conversion?

TCS is probably the easiest, since you keep all the stock screws. But you do have to buy the rear shaft separately. I haven't looked at prices for the other kits.

Hmm, he jacked up the price $10 since I bought mine. Hopefully that means he improved the machining, which was pretty rough on mine.
