What engine to put in?

When my engine (f4.6) dies what engine should I put in to replace it? I want something .28 size or above. (The bigger the better, of course!)
I want it to be durable and last a long time without having to replace crankshafts or conrods. I also don't want it to be too expensive to rebuild (Piston/sleeve)
I don't care what color or brand it is as long as its a good engine.

I was looking at maybe a lrp .32, but I can't where you can get parts for it?

Bigger is not better. Bigger motors tend not to rev as high thus giving you lower top speed. I had the LRP .28 on my racer and i loved it! I would also suggest using the Picco .28 it is also another awesome motor.

Okay great thanks! Will definitely check those out! All big block engine will fit into the stock mount, right?

Yup it will work with your stock mount

I find that my Lrp.32 is a great basher engine in my XL and its pretty fast can't controll it after you hit 3 gear but I'm a basher and not into speed to much , I liked it so much I picked up 2 more LOL

Is the lrp .30 a good engine? And what is the differnece between the "spec 3" and "spec 2"?
