Questions about Trencher X Tires?

I just got these tires. I have the Savage HP Flux. Before I use these tires should I be changing the gearing? Incase of over heating. Also will I need a better steering servo? Any info on these.

If you have a Rtr flux a steering servo upgrade is always a good idea. As for the tires how much taller are they then the stock tires? That will determine your gearing issue

Yes they are a bit taller. I'm gonna wait till I get a new steering servo before I use them. I'm gonna try the same gearing and see if anything heats up.

a 1 or 2 tooth smaller pinion will fix the heat issue if you have one.

Do you know what the stock pin is on the HP flux?

Thanks I ordered the 18 tooth spur gear. Rather be safe and run cooler.
