k 4.6 break in issues

Hey guys.

I am trying to break in my k4.6 engine.
I ran it on the first tank and it didnt even get half way and it stalled.
I tried to prime the engine and i cant seem to even come right there without any difficulty.
I read up here and i found https://www.hpisavageforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8171 so i took the engine out and checked to see if the fly wheel turned easier. I was a little stiff but does turn.
I put the engine back in and it still does not want to start.
What i have found is that the pull starter is quite stiff and not that easy to pull (i have blisters on my fingers from pulling).

Can any 1 give me some advice on what could be wrong?
 
Turn in your HSN 1 full turn. Don't over prime it. Get the fuel close not in the mill put on the igniter and start it. Start driving it. Don't do any more idle time.
 
sounds like it super rich. Also, the hard crankning may be because it's flooded. Loosen the glow plug and see if it turns over easier with the pull start. If so, crank it over about 4 pulls and then tighten up the glow plug. That will get rid of the excess fuel. Then, do exactly as BANKRUPTER listed.

Going to sound like a real noob here but what does HSN stand for?

Why feel like a noob. Hsn stands for high speed needle valve. lsn stands for low speed needle valve.

I got the bad boy started and ran half a tank through on idol.
Do i need to reset the HSN now that it is running?
And what step do i take from here???
