I realized the other day that this was for a XS, and that me talking about steering bearings was for the standard size savage. So I deleted that part. The XS will see no benefit for steering. Your best bet is to pick up a servo that has more torque and is quicker.X, will it make it turn any easier? I notices the other day when I broke an turnbuckle that these don't turn well going even somewhat fast.

Yes the stock bearings are sealed.Also, are the stock bearings that come with the savage xs, are the sealed or unsealed?
