will a 5.9 or a 4.6 work in place of the 4.1....i am looking for a motor that puts out more power than my 4.1 BB will a 5.9 or .36 bolt right in? if not what will i need to do so...or is there a better engine out there
kinda a new b to the savage world
thanks for any help in advance

4.6 will bolt in and is the way to go if you are looking for speed. if you want toque and not speed you can look at the .32 up motors

first off welcome to the forum, secondly my choice would be the hpi f 4.6 engine it seems to have the slight "edge" on the hpi k4.6 engine and it will bolt right in....

sweet...what is the difference between the two 4.6 engines f and k?
I'm looking for more torque than anything...so would the 5.9 be a good choice for torque being a .36

for wheelie power stick with the 28 (4.6) engines and the f 4.6 just seems to have a tad more power then the k4.6 not sure why, maybe others will have more info.but the f4.6 is a great choice if your wanting to stick with hpi engines for now......
