Those are 1/8 buggy wheels they are considerably smaller than Savage X wheels are.look for a 3.2 truck wheel with a 17mm hex of which there are several that will work well, Ofna, Losi Duratrax , in fact some sell wheels and tires all mounted up saving some from gluing their fingers to their new tires.....

    https://www.amainhobbies.com/search?s=Monster+truck+wheels

found this stuff at A Main. some of them are 4" which equates to a 3.8 wheel so a 3.8 tire will be needed....
RPM is 3.2 which is more common, they also widen your rig by 1" making it a bit more stable and as long as your tires are 3.2 dia inside they will fit those type wheels...
A Main is very helpful if you call them they can help with getting the correct sizes so it all fits correctly

What kind of surfaces do you run on?

I run traxxas 3.8 rims/tires on 2 of my trucks and SRC belted tires/wheels on my OS21TM revo. I may move those tires to my savage since it's faster and may benefit more to help against ballooning.

I'm currently running traxxas geode (1/2 offset 17mm) wheels with traxxas 3.8 chevrons on my savage and my BB revo. I run on grass and pavement mostly. Those tires don't have a lot of sidewall, so things stay pretty stable at higher speeds. They also don't have a ton of side grip, so it slides in the grass a bit vs doing a traction roll. Also, they have a lot of tread/contact patch, so they don't wear out fast when I run at a skate park or do high speed flybye's on pavement.
