I have a few questions. Every time I use the brakes on my savage xl 5.9 it stalls. What should I do to make it so I can use the breaks without it stalling. 2nd question. Am I running the engine to lean. Every time I start it. The truck will take off without me even touching the throttle is that because I have it to lean?

Sounds like you need to adjust your idle needle which will likely fix both issues.
