Looking at the Werks .28 vs the RB .28 as well as the STS .28. The price is $135 for STS but the other 2 come in at 3 bills. Is it really worth the difference to pay this much more?

I know not everyone here is floating stock engine

How many gallons do you have it? My RB C5 is real hard to tune as well. It's why I don't use it. Still have it

about 2 gallons. but I just found out that i had a air leak in the gas tank, have not been able to run it sence I replaced it, i am hopeing it is better.

out of the 3 i'd go with the RB .28,that is one awesome motor,it wheelies savy's a round with 1.5 ext plates on them.
I have the Collari .30 and the Axial .32 in my 2 savages..they are grunting engines...tons of tourque, but the RB concepts motor is a true racer engine.

Savageo28 - I just went over to VP to look for the ex tvps and he seems to be getting out almost period. Anyway I like CF but am interested in the 1.5 ext tvp's. You know where I can find a set ( light weight ) other than New Era.

By the way your info is much appreciated. That is what I am looking for.

Are you referring to Vertigo Performance ]-[0p? If so, good....That guy thinks he can talk to people like they're nobodies.....I dunno, just not impressed with his attitude and rather high prices.....just my .02....

Have you tried Innovative-rc....they have beautiful stuff and reasonably priced.I run the LCG EXT TVP's of theirs..it came with a one piece motor mount plate plus all the bolts needed for the job....the side plates are 4mm thick and i have not been to kind to them but they sure do hold up nice. Here's a few pics of them getting installed..

Yep, there only based in the UK. sweet tvp's though I also run the LCG versions I think they were £50-£60. Not bad considering how much meat they have.
