Warble sound

Hey guys ii broke 2 savage x 4.6 in one has a nice steady idle and one has a crazy sound on idle it sounds like warble i tried leaning and richening Lsn and played with idle screw and throttle trim to no avail any advice ?

Is it kinda like a Chewbacca sound?? if so it is lean at idle, if richening up the low end doesn't help it has an air leak causing it to be lean......
