Throttle/Brake servo for baja

Looking to see if you guys know if this would be good for the baja.

I am going to be getting a SS down the road and want to go ahead and get my servo, rx pack and receiver.

think they got tired or replying, trying to keep my options open. I wouldn't mind fitting that servo for my savage though.

Not a bad price IMO, be nice if it had metal gears

I would probably stick with metal gear varieties on the Baja :dunno:

Although I wouldnt be afraid to put that bad boy on my Savage though. And nicely priced for the torque that it has imo.

Well I found it that only standard size servo's fit for the throttle and brake.....back to the drawing board.

I was just going to reply and say that the throttle brake is still a standard size 1:8 scale servo but the steering one is the 1:5 scale servo. The steering on is a good servo but you will have to buy the metal gears for it at some point since the stock ones are plastic. My stock platic gears in the steering servo actually lasted quite a while untill I cliped a tree with the side of the tire Oops.

The Kit version comes with the metal gears, at least on HPI's site it does. I haven't had a stock HPI steering servo last over 1/2 gallon for me in any of my trucks

Thats new info to me that the kit comes with the metal gear. Thats awsome on HPI's part. I just didnt ever see that before.
